Cookies and Ice

We had a snow day today, but it was definitely more of an ice day. The baby and I made chocolate chip cookies (and even delivered some to a neighbor). She's become a really good helper and cookie-roller. You can't even tell the difference between ours once they're baked!
So far so good storm-wise. We still have heat and power. Yay! Fingers crossed for tonight...

    Snow days are the best. We had one too but didn't make cookies. She looks excited to be rolling cookie dough.

    I agree, I loved snow days when I was girl and again when the little boogers' mom and uncle were school children. It felt like we were all off the clock! Love, Grandma
