Am I on the phone too much?

I'm starting to wonder, because this is what the little dude does when he gets his hands on a cell phone:

The little guy actually called his dad the other day. When his dad answered the phone, all he heard was heavy breathing. Luckily he guessed what was going on, but if the little dude dials a stranger and pants into the phone, there could be trouble!
