Pinto Beans!

I made these pinto beans for dinner on Sunday, but with Jiffy corn muffins instead of homemade cornbread. The beans were delicious, cheap, and easy! Anyway, the baby loved them. She was a hot mess, but a happy hot mess.
The boy, on the other hand, ate about four beans. Win some, lose some.
